Mind • Body • Breath Regulation is a gentle, trauma-informed one-hour class designed for survivors, their children, advocates, and anyone connected to the work of protecting and supporting safe families.
This space is quiet, steady, and supportive — not performative.
Together we explore simple practices that help the body settle and feel safe again, including:
• grounding and orientation
• gentle breathwork
• light movement or stillness
• emotional regulation tools
• co-regulation in community
This class is especially supportive for those experiencing:
• stress or overwhelm
• anxiety or tension
• sleep disruption
• emotional exhaustion
• nervous system dysregulation
